BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BOD)
The Board of Directors approves the guidelines for the company's sustainability journey, ensuring full alignment with the company's identity commitments and Sustainable Development Goals identified as achievable for Sammontana Italia, as well as the company's strategic plans.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (EC)
The EC monitors the progress of strategic plans approved by the BOD. It consists of 3 members (one representing each branch of the Bagnoli family), the Sustainability Manager, and the Industrial and Environmental Director. It meets at least twice a year, and participation is open to all Management Teams.
STEERING COMMITTEE (SC)
The SC is the decision-making body for sustainability projects, coordinated by the Sustainability Manager. Its members include the CEO, selected members of the Bagnoli family, the Industrial and Environmental Director, the Marketing Director, the Research, Development, Innovation & Quality Director, and the Human Resources Director.
It meets regularly (at least every two months) to evaluate, define, and approve proposals from the Sustainability Team. The SC reviews and approves sustainability considerations and proposals endorsed by the decision-making bodies of the committees.
SUSTAINABILITY TEAM
A multidisciplinary and cross-functional group within the organisation, composed of members with equal representation of women and men. The team meets periodically to review progress on various initiatives and develop new proposals, reporting back to the Steering Committee.
OPERATIONAL COMMITTEES: DONATIONS, DE&I, CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP
These committees have a proactive role in addressing social and/or environmental issues, including:
